Mr. James Arthur Tribble was born on January 5th, 1952, in Laurens County, South Carolina, to the late R.D. Tribble, Sr. and Bessie Turner.

He attended the public schools of Laurens, South Carolina, including Sanders High School. James was a jack of all trades working at Bedenbaugh, helping on the farm, as well as doing other tasks around the community.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Tyrone Dendy; two sisters: Virginia T. Williams and Elaine T. Davenport; and two brothers: R.D. Tribble, Jr. and Willie James Tribble.

Once again, the chain was broken on Sunday, August 9, 2026, when James Arthur Tribble entered a restful place called Eternity at Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, South Carolina at the age of seventy-four.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories, three sisters: Bessie Mae Robinson of Newberry, SC, Betty T. (Kenneth) Rysavy of Laurens, SC, and Patricia (Levester) Hill of Fountain Inn, SC; four brothers: Otis (Roberta Lewis) Tribble of Cross Hill, SC, Bobby (Betty Jean) Tribble and Bennie Tribble both of Laurens, SC, and Charles Tribble of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends whose friendship he treasured throughout his life.
